About the Role
Role expectations:
Organising creative educational activities at home, such as games, drawing and crafting
Preparing children’s meals and feeding them, including bottle-feeding babies
Helping elder children clean themselves up. Changing baby diapers and bathing them
Scheduling naps and teaching children good behaviour, such as respect and helping with chores
Transporting children to and from schools and extracurricular activities
Tidying up play areas and rooms after children and ensuring their safety indoors and outdoors
Administering the right medicine and taking care of children in case of injuries and illness
Assisting the children with homework and working with parents to ensure their growth and social development.
Must have
2+ years experience as a Nanny within a private household
Ability to keep records for the family
Must be able to pass an enhanced criminal record check
You will be required to have an up-to-date Paediatric Life Support certificate
Current first aid certificate
Must hold a clean driving licence
Current passport
Desirable
Experience working in a Primary and or Secondary school.
Teaching qualification
Food preparation hygiene certificate
Ability to complete risk assessments
Understanding of current educational curriculum to ensure activities support school learning.
Arabic speaking.
